Hoarding presents a unique challenge that requires a specialized approach to organizing. Often, it's the families of hoarders who reach out to us for help. Hoarding cases may necessitate psychological assistance for the client and/or family before any organizing can take place. Additionally, other services such as cleaning, flooring, and bulk hauling may be required alongside the organizing process.

Our approach begins with removing trash and debris, purging unwanted items, discarding expired food or medication, and reducing the overall contents in the home. We also clear walkways and exit points to meet city code requirements, before organizing the remaining items. Our goal is to create a positive change in what can be a chaotic environment.

Please note that we do not claim to be counselors or therapists, and we encourage individuals to work with a professional counselor in conjunction with our services. Also, our rates are higher for true hoarding jobs, as there is a scale for defining hoarding, and a large amount of clutter does not necessarily mean a person is a hoarder.
